As a thank you for sharing what we do with your friends and family we’ll give you £50 if someone you referred sells their home with us. The payment will be made if you’ve completed the referral form before they contacted us and once the property is sold with contracts exchanged.

On the unfortunate event that something does go wrong, you can e-mail, write or call us and we’ll aim to resolve your matter within 48 hours.
Payment
We accept a wide range of payment methods, with our packages your solicitor will usually pay our fees once you’ve received the funds after the sale goes through.
We can appreciate not everyone can fork out £100s upfront for a service, so we only offer payment once you sell packages.
If you’re under a contract with us and you find your own lead during our contract, you’d only need to pay 50% of your package cost, we charge you this as we’ve simply completed a degree of work on the marketing such as photography, website listings, and viewings.

Protection
We require proof of ID, proof of address, proof of ownership as well as a signed contract before we can proceed with the marketing of your home.
